About the role
A Supplier Engagement Program Analyst will manage external supplier relationships and develop effective communication strategies to obtain requested compliance regulation information. The Program Analyst will report directly to the Manager of the Supplier Engagement Team and work in tandem with the Program Management Team and the Development/Implementation Teams.
What you will do
- Engage in communications with suppliers for data collection purposes on behalf of our customers.
- Interact with customers/suppliers to address their concerns, answer their questions, and assist them with their needs.
- Show working knowledge of global supply chain regulations and compliances to include responsible sourcing, product compliance and obsolescence.
- Assist suppliers with how to complete requested supply chain documentation i.e., forms and survey templates.
- Reviewing documentation for deficiencies or errors and correcting incompatibilities to confirm information is accurate per customerlient campaign guidelines.
- Make independent decisions with minimal direct supervision about matters that are important to Source Intelligence and its collection of supply chain information.
- Identify program enhancements and improvements to better serve our customers through the data collection process.
- Create constructive collaboration; and leverage the knowledge, personnel, and resources within Source Intelligence.
- Participate in webinars, workshops, meetings, and other events for continuing education purposes.
- Work integrally and build inclusiveness with Program Managers, Directors, Senior Leadership, and other staff to continuously improve upon our solutions and delivery to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Data Analytics and Customer Service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Multilingual ability in speech and written communication is encouraged
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates organizational priority-setting skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to research, collect and analyze data
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Interest in the principles of sustainability, supply chain compliance, carbon foot printing, and social accountability
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
