Earlham College is seeking a Tenure Track Assistant Professor in Marketing to join our team.
Summary of position: The Business Department at Earlham College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in Marketing beginning Fall 2024. The successful candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Marketing and a strong commitment to teaching excellence. In addition to teaching an introductory marketing course, the candidate should be able to teach upper-level undergraduate courses in consumer behavior, social media marketing, and possibly international marketing. We are open to offering a variety of existing and new courses to match the candidate’s areas of specialization.
The Department currently offers a business major with concentrations in marketing, finance, management and entrepreneurship, and an accounting major. Our program emphasizes the intersection of business and society, including issues of ethics, sustainability, and social justice. Typically, classes are 25 students or fewer.
In addition to teaching requirements, the position includes advising and service responsibilities. Faculty have opportunities to conduct research with students and to mentor students in business-related competitions and other opportunities.

Salary will be based on the candidate's education and experience.
