We're looking for an enthusiastic lead photographer and viewing representative and to join and develop with a forward-thinking independent estate agent.
Curtis Law Estate Agents are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced lead photographer and viewing representative and to take up the position in a busy industry lead estate agent.
Curtis Law Estate Agents are a fast growing estate agency and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and progressive company with high reaching ambitions.
The ideal candidate will have professional photography skills that will enable them to be the lead photographer. You should have previous experience in estate agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating further opportunities.
Key Objectives -
- Photographing property in detail for use in printed and online material
- Conducting viewings and drawing offers
- Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
- Gathering photography for marketing purposes
- Helping prepare and staging property to achieve the best photographs
- Drawing up floorplans
- Completing paperwork, as required, on appointments
- Final details in relation to the property in preparation of sale
- Experience in editing, floorplans, room measurements, property descriptions
The chosen candidate must have the following attributes -
- Be self-motivated
- Be capable of working independently and part of a team
- Be organised and efficient with time management
- Competent at administrating your own work
- Have a full and clean driving license
The ideal candidate will have -
- Qualification in photography preferred
- Experience/interest in interior staging
- Willing to work every third Saturday
