Professional Indemnity Underwriter – Salary circa £70,000
This is the perfect role for someone who is enjoys generating, underwriting and analysing corporate insurance.
A bit about the job:
The successful candidate will work in the Professional Indemnity Team in London to underwrite and perform analysis on companies with a specific focus on Professional Liability risks.
The Professional Indemnity Underwriter will work on open market and facility business renewals whilst administering and monitoring underwriting authority and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations and rating tools.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Participating in one-to-one and group underwriting meetings to gather information on risk profiles
- Developing and maintaining broker relationships
- Have a broad understanding of PI coverage. Be able to review wordings and be aware of key rating factors for this class of business.
- Working with the CRM team on cross-selling opportunities
- Degree is preferable.

- Salary circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
