Our programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of energy finance while earning your ACCA qualification. You'll work alongside our amazing finance team, gaining experience in financial management, business analysis, and accounting. But that's not all - we'll also place you in six six-month placements across our function, giving you a wide range of experiences and learning to help you develop into a leader of the future.

What you will bring

We’re looking for people who act with pride, purpose, and ownership to join our Future professionals Programme, along with:

  • Educated to a minimum of B/4 GCSE standard in Maths.
  • Minimum of 2 A Levels or Equivalent
  • A passion to develop a career in finance
  • A willingness to learn with lots of drive and motivation
  • Someone organised and structured and can prioritise activities
  • A team player who can communicate, collaborate and enjoy working with different people.
  • Able to clearly communicate to senior management and effective engagement with our stakeholders
  • Ability to approach complex problems in a methodical and logical manner
  • Ability to challenge and improve processes
  • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office to analyse and present information
