What will you do?
The Project Manager role within MullenLowe Profero leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver digital customer experience transformation and content projects. You will be joining an established team of Project Managers who work across digital transformation, campaign work, CRM and digital content creation.
Managing the whole process from scoping, planning, costing, and managing a number of projects through to delivery, you'll get to work hand-in-hand with our top class Strategy, UX, Design and Development teams. Working collaboratively, you will lead internal meetings to share work and feedback to create the best product possible, whilst also supporting the account team with client management where necessary.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience of a broad range of digital campaign projects and content creation including concepting and ideation, digital banners, social, and website updates. You will also ideally have client retail sector experience and a knowledge of DCO, social media management and content management would be beneficial.
With a track record of successfully leading teams to create exceptional digital experiences including delivering projects on time and to cost you will have worked with above the line agencies on the overarching creative idea and media agencies as well as an understanding of media serving platforms.
You'll be a natural problem solver with great people management skills and a keen eye for detail. Confident when working with a range of different people and teams, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to energise others to get work over the line.
