We are looking for a Barista and production team member. Someone who is passionate about health and wellness. Someone who loves being around people. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items
- Prepare a quality product in a timely fashion
- Maintain consistency while following exact recipes
- Able to pay close attention to detail while following recipes, bottling juices
- Maintain a clean work environment including all cold-press equipment, accessories, machine
- Adhere to company standards including personal hygiene and appearance
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
- Proven barista experience will be an asset but not required
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Ability to lift heavy items, ranging from 25 to 50 lbs, and operate equipment and tools such as knives, juicers, blenders, scales, etc.
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 - 35 per week
Pay: $13.00-$14.00 per hour
