IMMEDIATE START. PERMANENT POSITION AVAILABLE. We have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified production operative to work within a market leading infrastructure, utility and construction company. Shift operate on a rotating 2on - 2 off - 3 on system, hours are 7pm to 7am. Online application process so you can register from home.

Hourly pay rate:

• £12.92 per hour
• OT after 60 hours is £20.84 per hour
• 1 hour PAID Break

Key Duties involve but are not limited to;

• Operating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered to at all times
• Producing high volumes of compression moulded components within a high output, fast paced environment
• Operating within strict health and safety and quality requirements
• Working towards team-based productivity targets
• Operating hydraulic power presses as well as general assembly work
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
• Other production-oriented duties as deemed necessary
• Assembly and finishing of machine produced items

Candidate Profile:

• Must be able to work shifts
• Be action oriented and drive results
• Have high levels of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Demonstrate self-awareness
• Be resourceful
• Work well within a team
• Be health and safety and quality focused
• Must have worked in a busy, high output manufacturing environment
• Must have a good level of numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
