Job description
Title: Glass Production Operative / Automotive Production Operative
NEW PAY RATES!!!! Starting pay rate £12.50 p/h, rising to £12.90 p/h after 6 weeks, with a further rise to £13.32 p/h after 12 weeks completed. Our client, a leading global automotive glass manufacturing company currently require Production Operatives to join their team, located in the Lakeside area of Redditch. The positions will involve a number of duties including production and assembly of automotive glass, quality inspection and other general duties.

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekly Rotating shift (06.00 - 14.00/ 14.00 - 22.00)
Pay rate:
- Starting pay rate £12.50, rising to £12.90 after 6 weeks, rising to £13.32 after 12 weeks.
- Overtime paid at £16.63, rising to £17.16 after 6 weeks, rising to £17.72 after 12 weeks
- £500.00 annual attendance bonus paid at £41.66 per month (Based on attendance criteria)
