Job description
We are seeking a Fabric Cutter to join our team at our warehouse. The Cutter will be responsible for fabricating materials for production and ensuring that all materials are cut to the correct specifications.
Duties:
- Operate cutting machines to cut fabrics according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents
- Inspect materials for defects or imperfections before cutting
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Familiarity with cutting machines and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
