Job description
We are looking for an experienced Production Operative to join one of our prestigious clients based in Leek!
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position and an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business at an exciting time of their business growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Operate plant machinery
- Drive different vehicles such as Forklift Truck / Shunter Vehicles and Loading Shovels
- Work on a busy production line
- Report any equipment faults to management
- Perform quality checks, ensuring finished products are within specification
- Maintain a safe, tidy and clean work area
- Manual handling
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies
Hours
18:00pm-6:00am working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern
Pay
£25,596.48 per annum
Skills/Experience Required
- Experience from a manufacturing or production background is essential
- Forklift truck licence would be an advantage
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexible to work weekends
