- Competitive Compensation: We value the hard work of our employees. The hourly rate for this role has been increased from $21/hr. to $25.35/hr., and the progression to full wage rate (currently $31.68) has reduced from 6 years to 2 years.
- Increased Vacation: We recognize the importance of taking time off to relax and recharge. In your first year, you will receive up to 40 hours of prorated paid leave time. At your one-year anniversary, you will be eligible for two weeks of vacation time.
- Accelerated Access to Benefits: now available after 30 days of employment!
- Holiday Benefits: We value the importance of spending time with loved ones. To acknowledge this, we have added Easter Monday and Birthday holidays to our list of recognized holidays. Employees who work on a holiday will receive overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times their regular pay, ensuring fair compensation for your dedication.

- Making things Happen- Producing high quality Pop-Tarts and ensuring efficient and safe machine operation
- Setting the Pace- Inspecting equipment and performing basic adjustments and preventative maintenance when needed
- Always Accountable- Following all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
- Connecting– Working cross collaboratively in a team environment
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required
- Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written
- Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pound
- Understanding of basic math to solve problems and manage through on-the -job tasks
- Must be able to work all 3 shifts and weekends
