Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, Front of House to join our team here at Grays Boutique B&B in Bath.
You should be able to give a warm welcome and get our customers excited about their stay, whether that’s showing off the bed & breakfast, helping them navigate the city or making recommendations on what to do.
We're looking for someone with great attention to detail and take pride in their work. Your role will involve:
- Working 4 days a week (Mon to Thurs, from 7:30am - 7pm)
- Ensuring all guests receive excellent service & address any feedback in a professional manner
- Dealing with guest check-in & check outs
- General reception duties (making bookings, taking payments, stock check & admin responsibilities)
- Helping with breakfast & housekeeping
- To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary
We have a fantastic team here who work hard but also have fun. We will provide excellent training & support and competitive pay based on experience. Some great perks are flexible schedule and cooked breakfast provided.
This role will consist of working 4 weekday shifts and will include working over the summer & bank holiday periods.
