THE COMPANY
Cladco Profiles is a rapidly growing family business in the composite decking and industrial roofing markets and we are looking to add to our production team. Cladco Profiles has been trading in the surrounding area for the past 4 decades but has more recently become a nationwide market leader in its products and are now recognised throughout the UK by both trade and retail consumers.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Production Team Member to join our team, you will be expected to be flexible in approach and adapt to the companies needs on a daily basis. Main duties will include –
· Picking and Packing of Orders
· loading of lorries
· Manufacture of Roofing Sheets
· Unloading of containers
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
· Warehouse experience in previous role preferred
· Team Player
· Pro-active and flexible in approach
· Forklift Licence would be an advantage although full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Working hours are 40 hours per week. 9pm – 7am Tuesday to Saturday with overtime available/sometimes required.This is a permanent role based at our premises in Okehampton.
Competitive hourly rate
Overtime paid at time and a half over 40hrs.

You will also benefit from Cladco’s performance related quarterly bonus scheme.
We are ready to recruit immediately, but will consider all notice periods.
