Production Technician - Derby
We are looking for a Production Technician to contribute towards Quadralene’s strategic vision. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by working as part of our Production team, responsible for the processing and packaging of our liquid products. You will collaborate with colleagues, to share, build together and meet our goals.
As the Production Technician you will have full responsibility for the processing and packing of a range of critical healthcare products within our overall product portfolio. You will largely work independently to process customer orders to a specific and very high quality standard to allow global distribution.
The specification for correct packaging of these products demands a very high level of detail and attention. This role requires someone who is comfortable working within a processing environment but has excellent capability to work to a high level of detail.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Using semi-automatic filling machine to fill liquids- Packaging orders according to instruction and to high level specification
- Producing high quality, accurate written and IT records of production
- Testing of incoming raw materials to Quality test criteria
- Complying with Batch release process
- Maintaining housekeeping standards in work area to an exceptional standard

Your experience includes:
- Proven experience of accurately following written instructions
- Working independently and as part of a small manufacturing team
- Working in an environment where quality and consistency are priorities
- Familiarity with following safety instructions and working in a safe, compliant manner
