The Callaway Golf “Superhub” manufacturing facility in South Marston, Swindon is looking for a Team Leader - Production.
The Team Leader will join us on a full time, permanent basis; 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, and in return will receive a competitive salary, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, and working closely with other Team Leaders, the main purpose of the role is to coordinate the production line activity for the assembly of custom build golf clubs with focus on achieving pre-determined performance targets.
You will effectively manage the Custom room employees, and additional labour resources, to ensure maximum efficiencies and high levels of quality are met and maintained.
The successful candidate must have significant experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or workshop environment and have proven experience of leading an operational team.
With excellent communication skills and the ability to work under consistent pressure with focus remaining on meeting and achieving targets you will also need to be IT literate and competent with using Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience using SAP would be an advantage.
