Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruited for a Production Scheduler to join our team based in Stokesley.
The Role
You will be responsible for translating all master production requirements into effective and efficient schedules, primarily across our site based in Stokesley but also inclusive of our other sites within the UK.
You will maintain production templates, planning rules, quantities & stock policies - effectively communicating across our multi-sited functions such as logistics & operations to deliver excellent system accuracy and process improvements.
The successful applicant will have:
- Knowledge of the needs and constraints of a manufacturing environment (e.g. labour flexibility, QA demands, planning rules etc.)
- Understanding of Quality Systems (such as ISO 9001)
- Knowledge of production planning processes and associated computer systems
- Knowledge of all the elements of raw material/ingredients/packaging control
- Background of the requirements to ensure the safe operation of warehouse and ingredient storage areas with particular regard to mechanical handling equipment, racking systems and personnel training
