We are looking for the ideal Operatives to help us reach our target.
The role will entail:- (Production/Warehouse/Packing under the TROC Operative title - availability in all areas)
● Day to day Production of the safest and highest quality Olives on the market today
● To complete given tasks using the Company guidelines, recipes and procedures to a high standard
● Completion of Production/Packing documentation to a company set standard
● Operation of production equipment/machinery after training
● Hygiene and cleaning tasks
We want you to demonstrate:-
● Excellent Team work but also the ability to work unaided
● Adaptability and flexibility within the Company
● A strong understanding of “Clean As You Go” and general good housekeeping
● An eye for detail with a constant understanding of schedules and time constraints
● A high understanding of recording and recorded documents
● A good understanding of day to day tasks and specified roles
If you have worked in a food production environment before, or you are someone up for a new challenge.

Salary: £10.00 per hour (rising to £10.50 April 2023)
