Position overview
You will be part of a team working in a modern facility to manufacture material for aerospace applications. Our main processes involve mixing, filming and laminating. Experience working in a manufacturing facility is desirable, however applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds will be considered if they have the skills necessary to fulfill the role.
Performance objectives
To support the operation of production, ensuring processes are within the standard operating procedures and that material is produced to the correct quality, quantity and timescale to meet the customer requirements.
To work in a safe manner in adherence with company policies.
To maintain the high housekeeping standards required for aerospace manufacturing.
To participate in any company initiatives.

Qualifications and requirements
Ability to follow procedures/paperwork and working to key parameters/specifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing site is desirable
An understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment and the ability to give examples from previous experience.
Desired skills
Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
Good IT/computer skills.
Ability to understand the effects variation in processing parameters may have on product produced
