Previous foundry experience is preferred but not essential as dedicated training will be provided to expand your range of skills.
After training you will be required to work rotating shifts. Shift rotation occurs weekly (Monday - Thursday 12-hour day shift or Monday - Thursday 12-hour night shift), including a 1-hour paid break.

Essential Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Manual handling ability
- IT literate
- Good organisation skills
- Positive attitude to work, learning and improvement.
Any of the following skills may be an advantage but full training will be given:
- Working with molten metal
- Fork-lift truck license (counterbalance)
- Slinger/signaller
- Operation of bandsaw
