Production Operator / Coordinator
Location: Cheadle, Staffordshire
Shift: Monday - Friday 7.00 am – 4.00 pm
Salary: £13.01/h

We are seeking a Production Operator / Coordinator to work within our fast paced, high volume manufacturing facility. We expect you to be able to work at pace, to be punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
Production Operator / Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertaking line-based duties
- Manual handling
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages to the customer.
- Resolving daily issues with the production lines and dealing with any urgent situations
- Working at pace and maintaining levels of accuracy
- Quality inspection
- Abiding by strict levels of H&S
The ideal Production Operator / Coordinator:
- Previous factory/manufacturing experience would be beneficial
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve.
- Must be computer literate.
- Be proactive and enthusiastic.
- Must be comfortable with manual handling.
- Must have a good work ethic, reliability and "can do" attitude.
- Must be flexible and undertake a range of duties
