The Seaglaze Group is based in Rackheath and are now recruiting for Production Operatives. No experience is necessary; just a willingness to learn, be flexible and have a great work ethic. Duties include; drilling, grinding and working on assembly and so a willingness to learn new things is essential.
Basic hours are 40 per week Monday to Friday with up to 10 hours overtime as needed. This position will involve working shifts between 06:00 – 18:30 with some Saturday working where customer demands are high.
Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate will be working on the shop floor producing high quality bespoke products for marine sectors and the boat building industry.
This is a manual role and so you will need to be physically fit as lifting will form part of your working day. You will be responsible for keeping your work area clean and tidy and ensuring good communication with your team members and supervisors. Everyone is expected to uphold Company values and shop floor standards and adhere to the Company’s health, safety and quality guidelines. You must be a pleasant, enthusiastic team player who is willing to learn and who wants to be a part of a growing company where each day can be different. A ‘can do’ and positive attitude is essential.
Salary & Benefits
The core rate of pay is £10.50 An enhanced overtime rate of £15.75 is included for overtime working and a Company pension is offered upon successful completion of the probationary period. Development opportunities are available for those wanting to succeed.

Based in Rackheath near Norwich, the Seaglaze Group are a family owned company that has been established for half a century. We employ 50 staff across our 2 factories, manufacturing high quality, bespoke products ranging from specialised glass to products for the boat building industry.
