Job description
Fisco Tools are a UK manufacturer based in Rayleigh and part of the Hultafors Group, a Swedish company with several sales and manufacturing facilities throughout Europe and North America.
The role Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Running semi-automated equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Use of measuring equipment and attention to detail.
- Ensure efficient running of equipment.
- Completion of quality checks in accordance with company procedures.
- Working as part of a team to ensure production requirements are met on time.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Skills and Experience
- Must be able to operate semi-automated equipment within a high-volume manufacturing/production environment. Training will be given on bespoke equipment.
- Be self-motivated and work using own initiative.
- Basic use of MS Word & Excel.
Hours: 8:00am to 16:30pm Monday to Friday (40-hour week).
Overtime opportunities exist, during seasonally busy times the candidate must be willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime.
The above position is a full-time permanent position (following successful completion of a probation period).

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
