Location: Belfast, Baileys Mallusk
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 1st May 2023
Salary: £22,884.16 Base + Shift Allowance listed below
Shifts: Standard shift pattern - Rotating day shifts Monday to Friday +15% shift premium
Peak 24hr running - Three shift pattern, 8hr Sunday night to Friday - +25% shift premium.

About the role
As a Production Operator you will play a pivotal role in our dedicated team at our Baileys Mallusk site in Belfast.
This role is responsible for the bottling and packaging of the product through manufacturing excellence practices.
You’ll have full responsibility for carrying out all product quality control checks and volumetric fill checks.
You’ll record production related data and input this onto the appropriate database whilst also having full participation in continuous improvement activities onsite.
Health and safety compliance is key, and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored, improved, and maintained to a high-level standard of plant health and safety, hygiene and product quality.
This role is subject to shift work.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a manufacturing background who has the qualification or relevant experience to succeed in this role.
For this role the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C and above including maths and English.
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial for this role.
A high level of IT skills is beneficial for the role but not essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative.
