gap personnel Cardiff are exclusively recruiting for 5 Production Operatives with immediate starts for our global manufacturing company based in Cardiff.

The role of a Production operative is varied with duties including:
- Assembling Electrical Items
- Visual inspection checks
- Preparing products for testing
- Final quality checks of packed items, correct label added
- Packing ready product into boxes.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Thursday 16.30pm – 22.00pm Friday 12.15pm – 18.00pm
- Overtime available during week days and weekends.
Essential for the role:
- Previous factory experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Working as part of a team to production times
- Understanding that the role includes manual handling
- Understanding that the role includes standing for extended periods
The site offers canteen with hot food, secured car park, company events, subsidised vending machines and all PPE is provided.
Successful candidates we be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business.
