Production Operative

Full Time, Permanent, and Weekly paid on Fridays.

Shifts/Pay:

Day shift 6am-4pm: £10.60 per hour

Night shift 9pm-6am: £12.54 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

• We are pleased to be able to offer a FREE day shift bus service to and from our Tilmanstone site from Folkestone and Dover route.

For day shift, busses leave daily from Margate Train Station at 04.14 or from Folkestone Bus Station at 04.53, with return journeys from Tilmanstone setting off at 16.00.

More detailed information about bus routes can be provided upon application.

In our Tilmanstone Salads site we produce first class Salad’s products including leafy salad bags, leafy salad bowls, takeaway salad meals, prepared vegetables & side dishes for one of our most prestigious customers in our state-of-the-art factory.

The Role:

We manufacture a wide range of high-quality fresh prepared food. This means, our production lines are non-stop, so you will be kept busy creating our products and making our food. There is plenty of variety to enjoy too. You will be right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-pressured environment, helping us to consistently manufacture and deliver to top supermarkets across the UK.

We are looking for people with drive, motivation, and ambition, rather than any qualifications or experience. With a willing to learn about Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, you will need to be comfortable wearing PPE. You should also be hard-working, with a keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of English and Maths.

You must cooperate with the business in their objective to positively impact the environment and follow established environmental procedures when performing tasks and using equipment and materials.
