We're now looking for a Production Operative to join us in our fun and excitingly unpredictable world of 'Riot'.ResponsibilitiesOperating the production line and producing high quality E-liquids in a fast paced environment.Packing goods ready for shipment.Assemble product parts by hand.Prepare machinery before production and carry out testing to make sure all is in working order.Complying with our ISO 9001 standards at all times.Use lifting equipment.Ensure relevant records and paperwork are completed on time.Assist with the bulk manufacturing of concentrates and mixing of raw materials.Meet or exceed individual and departmental targets.Wear appropriate safety protection at all times and ensure compliance with the Health & Safety policy and procedureSkills & ExperienceGood English language, verbal & written skills and able to follow instructions.Experience with working on a fast-paced production line desirable.Able to take instruction and follow procedures diligently.Good understanding of basic Health & Safety.A respectful and valuable team member.The ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks.Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.The ability to work quickly and methodically.Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressCompany eventsCycle to work schemeDiscounted or free foodEmployee discountHealth & wellbeing programmeOn-site parkingSchedule:12 hour shiftNight shiftNo weekendsWeekend availabilityApplication question(s):Do you have previous experience working in a production setting?If you are currently employed, what is your notice period?Are you available to come in and interview within the next 1-2 days?Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 29/09/2023
