Job description
We have a strong order book and are now looking to recruit a number of Advanced Production Operatives to join our busy team based at our Crewe site. Reporting into the Team Leader you will be responsible for assembly and general components cleaning associated with the manufacture and repairs of rail products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assembly of manufactured and repaired products
- Cleaning of components
- Assist in the Repairing and Manufacturing process as required
- Point machine stripping on occasion
- Limited barrier boom build
Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.

- High level of manual dexterity
- Experience working in a Manufacturing / Production / Engineering environment
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Works to a high quality standard
