Job description
We have opportunities available on our rotating day shift (Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm) for Production and Bandsaw Operatives.
Production Operatives
To work collaboratively to manufacture product for customer orders in a safe and timely manner, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.
Responsibilities
The safe handling, use and storage of all materials, tools and machinery
Produce ARC products to set standards, within prescribed timescales
Package product in line with company procedures
Bandsaw Operatives
Plan and cut raw materials in a safe, accurate and timely manner to ensure ideal manufacturing processes to meet customer orders and Kanban requirements.
The safe handling, use and storage of all materials, tools and machinery
Produce ARC products (as required) to set standards, within prescribed timescales, with specific responsibility for cutting raw materials
Package product properly to actively support the ARC Brand, and in line with company procedures
Previous experience working on a Bandsaw and cutting volume based materials is essential
Both roles

Skills/Experience
· Previous experience within a production/factory environment
· The ability to work within Health and Safety procedures
· Excellent Attention to Detail
· Teamwork
Full training will be provided.
