Job description
We are looking for a Production Operatives to assist with the production of concrete railway sleepers.
The role involves working on 4 long production lines to continuously cast and demould concrete railway sleepers, whilst also cleaning after the process on a regular basis. Both automated and semi-automated machinery is used in this process, but it does require manual handling and is physically demanding work.
No experience is needed as training will be given.
The role will work Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm every week.
Sunday hours are paid at double time
The role is also eligible for a production bonus which is paid for each hour worked and averages at £1.80 per hour
