So what would you be doing?
You would join our team in what we call an ‘introductory manufacturing role’ performing uncomplicated tasks that, with full training, we would anticipate you becoming competent in during a very short period of time. Once competent at our ‘introductory manufacturing roles’ we will actively work with you to become a skilled production operative, packing operative or hygiene operative earning anything up to £31,674.83 p/a.
When will you be working?
Due to the success of our business we have lots of production, packing and hygiene positions available on a number of different shifts. We are also happy to discuss flexible working, including Monday to Friday or weekends only, if you believe you would be the right person for our manufacturing teams. What skills and qualifications would you need?
Essential
- No previous production, packing or hygiene experience needed - just a willingness to learn, plenty of enthusiasm and the passion to deliver a quality product.
- The job can entail some activities which require a degree of physical capability
- The job will also require you to be on your feet for the duration of shift
Desirable
- Experience in a fast moving factory environment, preferably working with food
