Job Description
Stafffinders are urgently recruiting for Production Operatives, for one of our busy food production clients based in Greenock. This will initially be a temporary role, however, may go permanent after a period of 9 weeks plus for the right candidates.
Your Rate of Pay & Hours of Work
- Hourly rate of pay is £10.42 per hour (paid weekly) plus holiday pay accrual
- Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 3pm – 11.30pm
Your Responsibilities
Key Duties will include:
- Working within a busy and fast-paced food production packing environment
- Preparing and mixing ingredients
- Quality and process control checks
- Machine operation
- Following strict health and safety guidelines and quality procedures
Your Experience, Qualifications & Personality
Previous experience within a Production Operative or Warehouse Operative position is preferential, ideally within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
You should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, speak English to a high standard and have great, personal presentation.
