Role: Production Operative

Reporting to:

Mark Speirs - Upholstery Head of Department

Location: Clayton, Bradford. BD14 6LT

Type: Full Time & Permanent

40 hours per week

Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4.30pm / 7.15am to 4.15pm

Friday: 7.30am to 1.30pm / 7.15am to 1.30pm

Overtime: Monday to Thursday: 6.30am to 6.00pm

Friday: 6.30am to 1.30pm / 6.30am to 1.15pm

Rate of Pay: £10.58 per hour depending on work experience.

Interviews for this position will start in March 2023

Key Attributes:

· Support Production Departments with the movement of components between departments. Organise, prepare & pick components for Upholsterers.

· Assemble & Pack products when & where required (full training will be provided)

· Have the potential to produce a high standard of product.

· Work on a right first-time basis.

· Positive attitude towards your work.

· Working to strict deadlines.

· Follow all safe working practices & maintain a clean and tidy work environment.

· Be able to manually handle heavy loads.

· Have the desire to be rewarded for your efforts & desire to succeed.

· Possess effective communication skills.

· Have the ambition to learn a skilled or semi-skilled role once established. The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress towards becoming a Trainee Upholsterer.

Salary: £10.58 per hour
