We are offering flexible working hours, regular pay reviews with the chance for further increases, full product training & overtime is regularly offered at increased rates of pay!
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a position offering full training in a role that allows them to work with their hands. You will be learning basic mechanical & electrical assembly skills from day one.
Starting pay of £11ph on an initial trial basis with a pay review after 3 months.
The company is a specialist in the manufacture of high-end electrical equipment for various industries worldwide. All staff must have a high attention for detail as you will producing electronic parts & components.
Production Operative duties: -
- Detailed soldering, measuring to length, cutting, and stripping cable, assembly of small components etc.
- Follow very basic wiring diagram
- Align and glue components
- Follow detailed inspection procedure: Air bubbles, marks, inclusions, cracks, dents, scratches, using height gauges, cleanliness, electrical insulation & continuity
- Flexible approach to meet customer demands
If you have any manufacturing, production, assembly, or experience on any of the above duties, then we want to hear from you. Previous candidates have worked as assemblers or assembly operatives or have been within a manufacturing position within electronics.
Flexi hours are from 07:30 - 16:00 or as late as 9:00 - 17:30, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week).
