Medik8 is an award-winning skincare brand that is rapidly expanding across the globe; after receiving an important external investment, we plan to almost double our size by the end of this year!
Our much-loved products are manufactured in-house and an exciting opportunity has arisen in our super lovely Manufacturing site.
This is a Monday to Friday role either 6.00am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 11.00pm.
Life as a Production Operative
The purpose of the Production Operative role is to ensure that all products are produced as per best practice, high quality standards and on time. You will have exceptional attention to detail, be hands-on, methodical, a real team worker who enjoys a varied, fast-paced work day.

In more detail your role will include:
- Guaranteeing all products are made to the very highest quality standards and as per product specification
- Ensuring all processes including weight, volume, labelling, cartoning are done to the highest standard and never below specification
- Operating various machines and production stations in line with procedures
- Guaranteeing daily and periodic cleaning of the production facilities as required
- Ensuring GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
- Ensuring the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained at all times
