National Timber Systems, part of the National Timber Group are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their Production site in Sheffield, Olympic Sawmills, Oxclose Park Road, Halfway, S20 8GN.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, flexible and a reliable team player with good literacy and numeracy skills. An interest in, or previous experience of basic woodworking would be advantageous although not essential as full training will be given.
Duties may include:
- Assisting in the assembly of timber components to order requirements
- Picking products for orders
- Loading/unloading vehicles
- Use of equipment, machinery and plant (after training)
- Completion of basic standard paperwork
Working hours, Pay and benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
- Shift patterns: Monday - Thursday 6.00am – 2.30pm and Friday 6.00am to 1.30pm OR Monday to Thursday 10.30 am - 7.00pm and Friday 10.30am to 6.00pm
