Production Operative – Cream Room
Contract: Full Time / Perm
Salary: Starting from £24,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (6am – 2.30pm /2.30pm – 11pm)
Location: Severnside - Stroud

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work within the Cream Room at our Müller Severnside.
This role will involve operating our manufacturing machinery in order to produce the best quality product. You will need to have a strong team working ethic, be results driven and proactive.
Responsibilities:
· Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required product output.
· Manually pack products into boxes, ensuring the products are fit for purpose maintaining site operational standards and basic operating of equipment.
· Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions.
· System upkeep and related responsibilities.
· Cleaning activities.
· Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectation are maintained.
· Materials replenishment as required.
· First line maintenance checks.
Key skills & experience:
· Previous experience with food products and materials.
· Positive thinking, motivated, works well on own initiative and shows good timekeeping.
· To be an active part of small teams with operational excellence objectives.
· To have opportunities to deliver own ideas to improve our business.
· A good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
· Understands the impact of own actions and others on achieving site/business objectives.
· Health and safety of self and others.
