Job description

We’re looking for Production Operatives to support our growth in our Sheffield Workshop. A Production Operative at ITI will assist in the manufacture of bespoke and build to print control panels supported by an experienced team of wiring technicians.

Summary of role & responsibilities

The role will involve:

  • Undertake a wide range of tasks related to the manufacture of control panels, under the direct instruction of wiring technicians.
  • Assist with the assembly and wiring of panels in accordance with the issued work instructions and company standards.
  • Work as part of the manufacturing team, assisting other team members when needed.
  • Always work pro-actively to ensure the manufacturing process remain safe and efficient.
  • Work flexibly to meet the demands of our workload. This could involve overtime working.

Summary of requirements

You will have:

  • Ability to work with your hands either through past work experience or out of work activities.
  • Aspirations to develop career and skillset to that of a Wiring Technician
