ABOUT YOU-
The successful candidate will facilitate the manufacture of compression moulded sealing products and other items from a range of materials, including high end perfluouroelastomers, by working within a team of operatives to ensure sufficient resource is available to meet customer requirements.
ABOUT THE ROLE-
  • To operate compression moulding presses and other related equipment for production purposes.
  • To maximise stock usage as per manufacturing instructions.
  • Carry out in process visual inspection of all components.
  • To carry out any required product packaging as per instructions.
  • Use ERP system to input working hours and stock consumption.
  • To carry out all processes in the times indicated in manufacturing instructions and production schedules.
  • Responsible to maintaining the safety of your working environment, contributing to the maintenance of health & safety in the workplace.
  • Be responsible for your health and safety and have a duty of care for others around you within your working environment.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followed and identify risks.
  • Ensuring good housekeeping for an efficient working environment.
  • To work within the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
  • To carry out any other duties as instructed and as laid down in your contract of employment.
  • By following the requirements of our quality management system and embracing a strong Health & Safety culture, they will directly contribute to the success of the business.
