Here at DoorCo, we have a new opportunity available for a Production Operative to join our Manufacturing team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will be given the opportunity to support our growth in a dynamic and exciting manufacturing and distribution environment. Working Hours: 40hrs - No Weekends! About the Production Operative role A day in the life of a DoorCo Production Operative will include a range of tasks depending on the area of manufacturing they are assigned to which includes machining, glazing, paint prep, painting, final processing and quality checking followed by wrapping and packing. Initially you will start your training in one department, from there you have the opportunity to expand and become a multiskilled operative. Please note that full training will be offered to the right candidates and internal career progression opportunities as we continue to grow. The successful Production Operative will have: A safety first mentality and an understanding of health and safety requirements Experience and a proven history of following SOP’s A desire to improve efficiency A ‘can do’ flexible attitude Willingness to be assigned to other areas of the facility when required.
