Production Operative
Our manufacturing team works diligently to ensure that we acquire and produce the key goods and services needed to successfully meet our client and project needs.
This team works closely with Sales , clients services and administration to achieve our goals. We constantly work toward securing the right materials, resources, and services to ensure we maintain fully functioning manufacturing capacity, while implementing strategies to meet changing organizational needs. We are looking for a Production operative to join our team and support our company now and into the future.

What You'll Work on
- The Production Operator will perform a variety of steps in manufacturing, such as hand soldering, general electronic and mechanical assembly work (including fine dexterity assembly), wire harnessing.
The production operative is required to work efficiently and productively on their own and in group situations where individuals have common production goals. This position requires training on multiple production processes which enable the operator to be reassigned according to demand. Both individual and group performance is monitored, measured and reported including measures for quality workmanship and process efficiency.
You Will Support Your Team By Performing the Following Key Tasks
- Build sensor and circuit board products according to standardized production processes
- Apply technical processes associated with operating manufacturing equipment
- Report variances in production processes and quality against established standards
- Maintain proficiency and on-time delivery greater than 90%
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years general manufacturing experience, preferred
- Hand soldering experience, preferred
- Ability to access, communicate, and execute detailed instructions and technical documents written in English
- Comfortable with basic mathematics, computer usage, and aptitude for learning software specific applications
