The Central Editorial Video Team collaborates with our diverse portfolio of brands to ideate, direct and produce best-in-class productions across all sites and social channels.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The main responsibilities of the Productions Operations Assistant will be:
- Management of bookings of our in-house studio
- Assisting on in-house studio shoots where required
- Management of video equipment booking systems
- Organisation and upkeep of video equipment, including packing kit orders for external shoots
- Administrative work across production documentation and comms
- Data wrangling - offloading cards from shoots and uploading to shared drives
- Archival of footage and projects once completed
- General administrative and logistical duties supporting the wider video team in busy periods
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of video production processes and of camera, lighting and sound kit required for different types of shoots.
You will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, regularly dealing with fast-paced environments, time constraints and multiple stakeholder management.
You will have a passion for Hearst’s brands, and be self-motivated to adapt and progress internal processes to improve the efficiency of the department where possible.
