Job Purpose
The successful applicant will Lead the Production & Hygiene Teams and develops and executes plans that are aligned with the Operations strategy and business plans, ensures resources are deployed and priorities and aligned with business need.
Liaises and communicates with key site leads and business partners to ensure plans are aligned across all functions.
Responsible for leading and directing teams to deliver agreed KPI Targets across Safety, Environment, Quality, Service, Cost and People.
Communicates and engages effectively with stakeholders across the organisation, role models key competencies and demonstrates visible leadership in line with company values.
Key Accountabilities
Health Safety and Environment
- Actively and visibly demonstrates and leads safety on site
- Ensures standards are adhered to
- Ensures deviations and losses are investigated
Service
- Attends weekly IBP meeting
- Reviews saturation outputs and amends plans or escalates concerns
- Responsible for the IBP Plan optimisation to smooth labour demand and optimise factory schedule daily
Quality
- Works with Hygiene to deliver Standards
- Liaises with planning to Ensure MPS System provides appropriate access for cleaning and maintenance activities
- Helps to deliver factory GMP standards, ensures shift management team are aligned and adhere to factory standards
- Drives ownership and quality improvement agenda with the shift teams through engagement and discussion
- Works with Technical to drive standards improvement and development
- Support site visits and audits
Cost
- Updates C&L Model and delivery against agreed targets for OEE / Org Loss and Absence
- Helps to deliver production budget delivery, focusing primarily on Labour and materials usage
- Responsible for working with the CI Team to align LRT Activities with Priority areas
- Responsible for understanding Capital plans and reviewing priority and opportunity
- Works with business
- Reviews Performance Daily/Weekly KPI Performance and identifies actions to close gaps
- Reviews Direct labour performance with Finance to deploy gaps by area to identify actions
- Responsible for updating cost and KPI models
- Raise requisitions on IFS
- Deliver and lead transformation projects for the site

HSE Responsibilities (Levels 5 & 6)
Lead by example to set expectations, carry out audits to verify safety systems and procedures are in place and effective. Review accident and incident trends and implement safety plans with improvement targets in your respective areas. Support your teams to implement permanent safety solutions and communicate safety performance to your teams whilst taking accountability safety performance of your teams.

Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
