I often hear candidates complain about feeling like "just a number" at their employer. Especially in manufacturing, when you can easily have a headcount of several hundred plus.

The role will be complex, challenging and rewarding. You will be overseeing multiple departments with a sequential production flow. Each department has Supervisory staff in place, but ultimately it will be your responsibility to ensure a steady flow of premium products.

What three essential skills are we seeking?
- Production Management - In a role where you've had responsibility over a multi-step sequential production process, ideally with a premium product range.
- Leadership - This is not an "iron fist" business. This is a business which inspires people to become the best version of themselves.
- Data Management - We need somebody with a good ability to interpret, manage & manipulate data. Mainly in excel. Ability to create a Pivot Table is the minimum level.
