Supervisor small batch manufacture
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented production individual to join a well-established service driven company that designs and manufactures industrial packaging. We are proud of our client base in the aerospace, medical, military and automotive fields and offer a one stop solution for all our clients packaging needs.
We are looking for production supervisors of our manufacturing units, heading up a small team running corrugated cutting, creasing, and printing.
The successful candidate should have a proven ability to lead a small team from the front and not be afraid to get stuck in and a working knowledge of heading up an autonomous department involving production planning, allocation of work, team discipline, care of machinery and quality of the teams output.
A knowledge of flexographic printing or carton manufacture would be a distinct advantage to the role but most important is to lead the team with a can-do attitude and to learn the process to support as needed
Training can be given to the right candidate.
