The Company:
A leading manufacturer in the FMCG industry, supplying their products to multiple supermarkets and restaurants. The Role:
The primary requirement will be to manage a team of six which will include promoting Health and Safety, implement a positive team working attitude whilst ensuring targets are met. The manager must be the point of contact with any issues regarding the manufacturing process. Someone with experience as a manager within a fast-paced manufacturing facility will be essential. This role also revolves around morning shift so the candidate must be happy to comply with the shift pattern.
Requirements:
Open on qualifications, any of the following will prove beneficial -
- Production management experience, ideally within a food production environment
- In-depth knowledge of the production process
- Experience managing a diverse workforce
- Experience working within high-care food production (desirable)
- Food Safety Level 2
- HACCP
