Our client is a market leader in it's field, is looking to recruit a Shift Production Manager to oversee the smooth running of a department of Welders, Fabricators and Machine Operatives.

As Shift Production Manager you will have Lean Manufacturing techniques and a track record of success in developing your team members, enabling them to produce a world class product.
Continuous Improvement will be a high priority as you help to ensure that processes are in place to further improve the output, efficiency and quality of work whilst maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety.
With a rotating Monday - Friday shift pattern of 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 with an early finish on a Friday, you will be working a 37.5 hour week with opportunities for overtime.
