Job description
Duties:
- Develop and implement efficient production processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations
- Program and operate industrial equipment
- Understanding of FMEA preferred
- Assemble mechanical components according to engineering specifications
- Utilize engineering principles to ensure accurate and precise assembly
- Conduct tooling design and selection for production processes using SOLID Works
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Experience:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in programming and operating industrial equipment (OMRON and
MITSUBISHI)
- Experience with engineering software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience within automotive manufacturing industry
- Minimum of Level 3 Engineering required
