We are looking for a Production Director to join the team.
In a nutshell:
You’re an orchestrator and client liaison. Working with a dedicated team of agency producers, junior production planner, and post producers, you will ensure that we deliver omni-channel global production on time and on budget, delighting our clients in the process.
The Production Director will need to have critical knowledge of production processes and be able to work on multiple briefs at a time, which vary from market origination to complete global campaign asset development.
The Production Director will also need to work closely with EMEA based global creative agencies, various brand design teams as well as internal and external stakeholders. You will be accountable for the successful completion of each campaign brief and provide clear communication of client requirements. You will thrive in a fast paced, complex environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Financial oversight - own related production financials in collaboration with Producers, Business Affairs, and Production Lead including estimating, billing and reconciling jobs, requesting POs and tracking usage
- Demand planning and ratification, forecasting
- Managing junior production planner and collaborating with the team’s agency producers
- Overseeing quality control and ingest, ensuring all output meets client requirements
- Identifying and promoting efficiencies throughout project life cycles
- Deputising for Production Lead
Our Production Director will ideally have the following relevant experience.
- Experience in a Production, Account Service, Project Management environment within marketing / advertising agency / production agency environment
- Extensive client-facing experience
- Production & financial management – creating, managing production budgets and complex production schedules
- Experience navigating complex environments with multi-level stakeholders and partners
- Able to handle challenging situations calmly and positively
- Excellent understanding of digital and broadcast production processes, and familiar with broadcast software and programs
- Pharma/Consumer Health care experience a plus
