About The Job

We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our creative production team. We manage marketing campaigns, such as video and functional design deliverables for our TV streaming Channel “Da Vinci”, as well as app related marketing materials for our Da Vinci web, mobile and TV App. You’ll be helping bring various projects along from initial ideas to tangible deliverables, bridging the stakeholders and creative team and arranging timelines/milestones of all in-house or partner related tasks.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a super-organised and experienced Production Coordinator to join our existing Creative team. You’ll be reporting to our Creative Team Manager and working closely with our Creative Director and Marketing team to manage projects such as direct-to-consumer and partner marketing campaigns for our Da Vinci TV Channels and apps.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating Marketing Campaign production (On-Air and partner deliverables, social media).

  • Coordinating promotional activities and delivery of material with external companies that we co-produce with.

  • Da Vinci Product Requirements (In App/App Store Marketing, Website etc.).

  • Working with the Creative Team Manager on creative asset delivery requirements.

  • Being the bridge between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are properly scoped, briefs are completed on time, information is shared and provide updates on progress.

  • Participating in daily stand-ups and collaborating with Creative Team Manager and Creative Director.

  • Considering financial resources and agreed budgets.

  • The ability to work abroad anytime for up to 90 days in every 180 day period. (Benefit given after successful 3-month probationary period)

  • 25 holidays + 5 non-working Fridays in summer


A Must for this role:

  • Relevant media industry experience in a production role.

  • As we work within a hybrid environment we’re looking for someone who will be motivated when working remotely and willing to be in the office in London at least once per week


What You’ll Bring

  • Well versed in project management processes and experience using a project/task management tool (Asana, or similar)

  • Experience with managing trailers and/or video production

  • Calm under pressure; when chaos strikes, you're focused and find creative solutions to problems

  • You can jump between tasks with ease, and you're at home organising everything with razor-sharp precision.

  • Excellent at dealing with people, and have a knack for interacting with team members, regardless of level or experience

  • Great at looking ahead and seeing the bigger picture when organising and managing projects.

  • Unrestricted work authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
